Workshop „Followers Focus: Finesse and Flow“

Before we run off for the summer break we’ll meet the sisters Káťa and Janča in a beautiful new venue and work together on what makes us great follows who are nice to dance with and have fun themselves.
We’ll focus specifically on follower skills. How to have your own movement under control. How to be active in the dance as a follow. How to engage your core and how to use your arms. How to find your own style. How to go with the flow, not knowing what’s coming next. And of course we’ll have a look at swivels too.
This workshop is for follows who’ve been dancing lindy hop for at least a year and know the swingout.
