On Friday we’ll focus in our guided practice session on tandem – is it a follow’s nightmare or a great element to spice up (almost) any dance? That’s up to you!
Whether you avoid tandem at socials or keep trying to make it work, come to the practice session and use this opportunity to practise under our teachers’ guidance and not worry about kicking people 🙂
Anya will come back to us for this occasion and bring agreat Berlin dancer, AJ. They say that even though they’ve been dancing for a while they’re still working on their tandem all the time, because “it’s damn hard”.
So come work on it with them!
The session is English friendly and open level, which means that no prior experience with the tandem is necessary. However, knowing the basic step of flying charleston and lindy 8-count can come in handy – without those you can still come but might not be able to join all the exercises. Experienced dancers are also welcome to join to work on something special prepared just for them.
